Dr. Thompson has her PsyD in clinical psychology, working over six year as a CEO, and over ten years in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Rochelle M. Thompson, preferred to be called "Dr. T", has found her home in the DC Metro area. Having to learn and embrace extremely humble beginnings, it was Dr. T's passion to provide services to people that she could identify with, and or help to learn how to become allies.

Dr. T has also founded a non-profit called the Black Voice Project, where she continues to advocate for those in her community in the Washington D.C. area. Dr. T is a proud mother of four beautiful children, and with her origins from the projects of Washington, D.C. and Landover, Maryland, the fact that she has overcome the statistics and the odds, by hailing as a County Council political candidate and member of the congressional record shows her resilience and efforts to doing the work and helping others do it as well.
